The NuPrime Evolution Two-SE represents a breakthrough in distortion reduction. Utilizing our proprietary “Only Distortion Cancellation” (ODC) design, this amplifier advances the state-of-the-art in Class-D amplification, a process we’ve refined over the past decade.
Traditional feedback-based error correction designs invert the output signal, compare it to the original input, and then use the resulting negative error signal to correct the next cycle for improved accuracy. In contrast, NuPrime’s ODC Class-D technology directly extracts error signals from the MOSFET devices and output filter circuits, significantly reducing negative feedback.
Compared to the Evolution Two, the Evolution Two-SE features a new ODC circuit that enhances interference handling by a factor of 10, resulting in improved total harmonic distortion (THD) performance.
Key Upgrades & Enhancements (over Evolution Two)
